Booking and Payment Terms

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your photography session date. Full payment is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit.

Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the session via an online gallery. Raw, unedited images are not provided as part of our standard service.

Copyright and Usage

Keen Eye Photos retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.

Weather and Rescheduling

In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
